James Perez: First Painting from his new Relics Series on display during White Linen Night on August 6, 2011, along with Jason Ransom's exhibition.

Not only will Jason Ransom's exhibition, "for the Beautiful is nothing but the onset of the Terrible..." , be on display in the main parlor of our gallery during the White Linen Night in the Heights event, but the back parlor will feature James Perez's 7 Deadly Sins series, as well as the first painting, entitled The Necromancer (pictured above), from his newest in-progress series, entitled Relics. Relics makes use of REAL human bones and skulls, and The Necromancer is certainly something to see! We may even be featuring a sneak peak of the work of our NEXT artist, Peter Suprean, taken from his Loss Optimism series that opens here on September 3, 2011. That's a lot just going on in OUR gallery, and the Heights will be swarming with people and open galleries and shops all day. It's going to b a great day, and we hope you'll drop into Cueto James Gallery and enjoy the artwork here and take a break from the heat, while you're at it!
